Terms and Conditions
Stalwart shall have the right at any time to introduce new products, discontinue the sales of any existing products without incurring any obligation or liability whatsoever. Stalwart has the rights to change the design of any products or part thereof at any time without notice to anyone. Stalwart has the rights to change the price of any of its products from those shown by its present price list. In the event of price change, Stalwart is not obligated to, inform anyone of such changes in advance.
Stalwarts total liability under any cause of action arising while conducting business shall not exceed the amounts received by Stalwart from any buyer in the transaction giving rise to the liability. In no event shall either party have any liability to the other or to any other third party, for any lost profits or costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, or for any other indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Products, or the failure of the Products to perform, or for any other reason, or arising under any cause of action.
All activity of Stalwart are governed by and construed under the company and business laws of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh.
